Subject: Training Abbreviations..
I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a forum that gave definitions of abreviations, like RPE, wu, and things like that. I am looking at the 20 week HIM training plan and I am confusd with most of the abbreviated words...ughh..someone help me!!!
