Master  1748     Port Moody, BC |  Subject: ABS CORE - End of Week #3Holy Smokes! Where'd everyone go? I hope that a lot of you forgot to pay the bills and just were unable to post your workouts. Remember to POST your workouts on your logs so I can track and update all the teams. I hope the "spreadsheet" I put together today will attach, we shall soon see. Let's get it in gear for the final week and finish big...and sore!!!! LET'S GO PEOPLE!!!! I for one am tired of being FAT & UGLY!! This was a great motivator to get me to start doing abs....I still suck at it but I can tell there is improvement and that is allI really wanted. I had to actualy WORK today, I couldn't believe it! I plan to have them up tomorrow morning. Again great effort by most, i was happy to see almost everyone stick it our to the end! |
