Maine Multisport Roundtable April 7th

Athletes,
as the days grow longer, the race season can't be far off...time to think about training and what better way to do so than with the Spring edition of the Maine Multisport Roundtable (MMR).

The next MMR will happen Saturday April 7th at Orthopaedic Associates in Portland (33 Sewall St) from 2:30 to 4:00PM.

The Subject for this go around is : "Single Sport Focus for Multisport Success".

(how a single sport training focus can improve your triathlon success!)

The panel will consist of some of the best, and most knowledgeable coaches and athletes in Maine...so think up some questions, and come on out on the 9th!!
