Welcome to the Week 9 Final Weigh-In.  I guess I'll start since nobody else has done it yet.  I also posted in the Summer Solstice thread, since this challenge is ending today. 

Last Week: 200.8 
Weight Today:  198.4
Lost This week:  2.4 lbs

Starting Weight:  217.4
Your Goal Weight for this Challenge:  202.0 (-15.4 lbs)
Total Lost for Challenge: 19.0 lbs

What is your final goal weight, and how will you celebrate when you reach it?:  My goal weight is 180 lbs.  I'm buying a wetsuit when I get there!!

 

I finally broke 200!!!  Good bye Clydesdale division!!!  I also did my longest bike ride ever yesterday.  161 km / 100 Miles!!

Congrats UltraMike!!

My weight for the final week of the Challenge is  173.0lbs that is down -1 lbs from last week and that makes me down a total of -8 lbs for the Challenge.  I didn't make my goal  (161 lbs)but I will keep trying Actually my final weight goal is 160-165lbs. I am down from my highest weight of 269lbs 2-3 yrs ago.

When I get to my goal weight I am going to get a tatoo. And finally stop wearing what my training buddies and Hubby calls my "tent shirts"

Everyone Thanks for all the support you are all just super. And especially to Scott for keeping us all in line.

What is your final goal weight, and how will you celebrate when you reach it?:  My final goal weight is right around 135 -- which is as light as I've been since I was a 3-sport athlete in high school.  Quite honestly, if the actual number doesn't get that far down, but I keep toning up, I'll be good with that too. 

This is the first weight loss challenge where I ever met my goal!!

And when I reach my final weight destination, I'm going to start treating myself to new clothes.  There's no better feeling than going shopping and realizing that I'm now about 2-3 sizes smaller than I used to be!!

I am targeting 210.

As in interim goal, 221 pays a reward. Two weeks before starting this challenge, I started a weight loss challenge with my two brothers-in-law. THe first of us to lose 20 lbs wins a nice bottle of single malt scotch. I started that one at 241 lbs.

I did pretty good and I'm pretty happy with what I've done.  Last week I'd lost almost 4 lbs after being sick the whole weekend, so the fact that I gained this week was absolutely no suprise to me. Food poisoning sucks!
