Wow.  Can't say that I saw that coming.  I thought the Chinese would make an appearance but not sure where.  I never thought Audrey was dead.

How about the fake rescue of Fayad?  (never mind that no one was really injured in when a large van rolls)

Still a lot of questions out there....just nice to get us back to some action!

I thought the whole re-introduction of Audrey was quite possibly the stupidest thing ever on 24, and it's a pretty riduculous show. It to me screamed:
"Draft! We ran out of ideas waaaaaaay to early! We have to now introduce some random non-sequitor."

If they've finished off the whole nukes thing, I think I'm done with 24. I'm also not a fan of it becoming "The Wayne Palmer Show."

Last night's episode just kinda cheesed me off a bit. Blech.

Hey I liked last nights episode.  Feyed hanging form the chain hoist - that was good.  The nuke thing may not be over either - just because they got the ones Feyed was working with doesn't mean that the captured mideast general didn't have something else up his sleeve.  One way to him off is to hold a gun to his family!

The thing I don't like is the reoccuring themes from past seasons.  The fake killing of terorists families, the VP take over, etc.

I agree the Wayne Palmer thing is getting a bit annoying - there is only one Jack!

The nuke thing is far from over.  Isn't there 1 more?

The Audrey thing was foreshadowed a few episodes ago so you knew it would come up.  I think what impresses me is that the writers always find an angle that you forgot about.  For instance, what will ever come of Jack's father or the wife/kid.  Will they play a role?

You knew from early on that Audrey probably wasn't dead.  Didn't see it coming back so soon.  We still have like 7hrs left in this day I believe.  I remember 5 nukes, one Jake saved, one blown up, one leaked and 2 at the end.  5 nukes so they are done.  Seems like the Chinese want the arming mechanism for the nukes.  They want something from Jack.  But you had to think it was kind of over.  I mean they did give Jack back to the USA, for unknown reasons still.  Is Heller still Secertary of State???  If so, i'm sure he will be back in.  And to answer Jack's question or statement from the previews last night.  Wayne Palmer owes him big time.

It just feels so disjointed compared to other seasons. I really do hope there's some angle on the nukes they're going to reintroduce. If not, the whole rest of the season seems to be filler.

I may just be getting fed up with the show as a whole - how many different ways can a group of radical terrorists plan to harm southern California? I think it'd be a move in the right direction for them to maybe do a season that falls outside of a 50 mile radius around LA.

I thought last night's show was best of the season...this season certainly doesn't compare to past ones, but last night was damn good.

Can you say "Chain, chain, chain..."?  (thanks, Aretha...)

I have felt this way about the entire season.  I no longer have the burning desire to tune in each Monday night.  I still think it is one of the best shows on TV and extremely well written but I am a bit disconnected this season

I totally agree. It's still entertaining, but they're running a little thin with the slight variations on the theme with every new season. And now I'm not really excited to watch - I just do b/c my wife still loves it.

Well, you didn't see the last nuke. The suit case was closed and no one opened it. Maybe that other wannabe head terrorist guy took it to blow something up?

I think Jack's dad will come back up before the end.  You can't believe they will just let him get away after all that he did.

Even thought they didn't look in the final suitcase, I can believe they would pull an "oops, didn't see that nuculear weapon was missing"
