Subject: Help me name my bike

I just realized that I will be taking my new bike on the road for the first time tomorrow and it doesn't have a name yet.

She's a 2007 Cervelo Dual that has spent the past 4 months tethered to a sweaty trainer. The actual one has Look pedals and profile areobars, if that helps...and she loves her baby-blue bike thong.

Please help me find a good name. If you think she's a he, I'll entertain those names too.

And no, I will not consider painting her red. Silver is the new black.

Fluffy....I like that...sorta soft and cudly but hiding a razor edge!

Maybe even pronounce it Fluh-fay..to match the moch Euro 'tude that Cervelo has.

briderdt - 2007-04-13 3:15 PM Driven snow. White lightning. White Lady. Argent. Valkyre. Just my suggestions.

I like Argent...like an old Foreigner song...."So Argent....Argent Argent Argent, emergency..."

Then again maybe not....Some people think using French words in English is de riguer, but I think it's passé.

I kinda like driven snow...that's what I usually have to ride in....hmmmmm

Thanks!

It's a very subtle thing...mine likesto wear Bike thongs and they look good on her. So she's either a she, or a cross-dresser.

AdventureBear - 2007-04-14 12:30 AM Tin foil is cute. How do you say "driven snow" in french?

Neige Conduite.. tempête de neige is snow storm. I'm out of practice with my Idioms, I'm sure there are some better phrases...I sort of like tempete...a bit of a double meaning, but I don't think French with this bike.
