As someone who does some mtb races, your bike pace is awesome! I take it you didn't have to dismount and run very often.

And your run pace is fast too! Sounds like a fun race against some stiff competition.

You only have to dismount in one place per loop

It's safer and faster to dismount, run up hill and the remount bike at the top

I wish they had more off-road events
