Kay, just signed up for my second ever tri, still feel like I need to go to the bathroom, why are the butterflies so intuned with my...oops, hold on............wow, I actually did have to go to the bathroom that time, stupid Tim Hortin's coffee! Anyways, hoping that Mark Madriga is wrong about the forecast for the weekend. I want to get the new bike out and racing but in the rain? Not so sure, are training wheels frowned upon?

Anyone have reports back from Cultus?? Met a guy at Tim's this morning, did the sprint, said it was a good time and much better than previous years...anything to add from the BC BT'ers??

NEEDED - RACE VOUNTEERS!
Every year the North Shore Spring Triathlon requires many volunteers to help make the race happen.
Contact [email protected]
I think we are short about 45 volunteers.  This is an opportunity to give back to those that volunteer at the races you participate in.  Come out and enjoy the fun!

Still not too sure, I had to leave immed. after to get to work. Double Time is a GREAT motivator! My swim sucked, I was too tired from playing poker till 2 AM, my bike was not too bad, a bit slower than I wanted. My run was pretty good but had a huge cramp in my gut right off the start, not enough liquids in me I guess! Thanks to everyone in North Shore Tri Club for putting on a great event! I joined the club last night after talking to a few members, it seems like a great institution filled with a bunch of great people. I'll post my RR once it shows up on the site.
