Subject: Delivery time for Cervelo P2C?

Anyone know how long people are waiting for a P2C at the moment?
I ordered mine a little more than a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived.
I was originally told it would be ready for pickup last week.
It's still not at the LBS.
Does anyone know if I am in for a long wait?
Or am I just anxious because I want my new toy?

Did you order red/white or blue?  When I bought mine two months ago, blue was in stock and I had it within the week.  I think the availability of red/white is tighter.

I requested Red/White, but told them that if delivery was an issue I would gladly take a blue one.

I was told that Red/White was the next one available in my size.  From the original timeline given, it is 2 weeks late arriving at the bike shop already.

I'm probably just jealous of all the "look at my new bike" posts and can't wait to post my own.

Fine choice.  I had to order my frame (red/white) about 5 weeks ago and it took about 3 weeks to get in.  It's finally built up and I've ridden it twice and let me tell you, it is fast - the bike not the engine.  At the time, a size 54 was hard to come by, but the LBS said Cervelo was getting a shipment from the factory within a month.  I didn't care for the blue frame, so I just put down the cash and waited.......

Very happy I did.  Hopefully I will get some pictures up in the next few days.

Getting carbon bikes in popular sizes have been a problem all year.  The manufacturers aren't shipping them.  This is the case with QR, Cervelo, Felt, etc.  It took me over 2.5 months to get my Lucero from the time QR said they were shipping.  And I called nearly EVERY LBS in the country to see if I could swing a deal.
