Subject: Arthritis knees still trying to run wanna chat
Hello I have had knee problems for some time and now am wanting to swim,run, bike and live again. I have had 4 knee surgeries, synvisc injections you name it......I've had it but I still want to be active. How should I start this thing?

I have had knee problems myself - in my case I have to be careful with running, swimming and biking seems OK. Generally though, overexcercising is the biggest issue so be careful to GRADUALLY adjust it to the new livestyle.
The best doctors to consult are the ones that deal with the athletes - the other ones are just guessing...
