I am pretty sure that donut carbohydrates help with the carbo-loading. It's too bad they didn't have any of the cream cheese pastries I usually get. I bet they have even more carbos. Go sports nutrition! Sports nutrition/carbolading does not mean ingesting every form of fat and simple sugar in sight. But if you want to use it to justify your Krispy Kremes or your Ben and Jerry's, more power to you. |
