Subject: Cramming for an Olympic Tri So I have 2 1/2 weeks to train for an Olympic distance Tri and I have some good base done but not sure how I should approach training int his last part.
Should I be doing more shorter sessions or should I be swimming/running the full length distances as my training because of the truncated time schedule?
I plan on doing bricks with the Bike/Run because I will have the most difficulty on the run I think.
I am doing a flat century ride this weekend with a friend which should strengthen my legs if I take it easy.
Ideas?
