You fell off your bike...oh yeah...My head got run over by a truck

I have that same helmet in the same color. It is quite nice to know that brain goo won't be leaking out anytime soon. I kind of wished the report had mentioned a little bit more about how drivers don't seem to pay attention to or regard bicycles as real people in vehicles.

I have that helmet, too! Good to know my noggin's well protected. I'm glad it ended up being designated a hit-and-run after all.

If you are going to have the bad luck of getting your head run over, you couldn't then get any luckier than having a helmet that prevented your head from being squished.

He should definitely thank Giro, but I wouldn't be surprised if they tracked him down and gave him a free helmet. Great marketing for Giro, I'll buy one next time!

I would try suing someone in that whole deal, the police, city, Giro, the driver if he's ever found, somebody needs to pay...need to subsidize your entry fees somehow!
