Hi everyone,

Well, I have become interested in Tri-Athalons to get myself into better shape and eliminate all my bad habits formed over the years. I figure I have spent the first 20 years of my life doing not so healthy things to my body, so I plan to spend the next 20 years repairing it. I have quit smoking, drinking, and all the other bad things one could do, and have replaced them with a good diet and exercise. I thought that completing a sprint triathalon would be a good goal to work towards and be a great way to see the rewards of a changed lifestyle.

I live in Orlando florida, so I know there are probably quite a few of you all nearby that could give a noob some ideas and insight to what they might have done when they were beginners. Anyway, this site seems like an excellent way to learn and meet others involved in triathalons, I look forward to talking and meeting you all in the future.

Corey
