Subject: New Running Shoes Question
I have another question...this is the first time that I've been training and switched to new running shoes. Is there an adjustment period? Should I try to push through it? Or should new running shoes feel great and if they don't, something is wrong with the shoes I bought? What do you think?

I don't think there's much of a breakin or adjustment period for running shoes.  If they don't feel right now, they probably won't get any better.

If you're having trouble getting a good fit or feel, check with a good shoe store that specializes in running shoes.  They should be able to help you find the right shoes for you, and they should feel good right out of the box.

I agree.  However, it is recommended that you don't race in new shoes.  You should break them in first.
