Subject: Triathlete Magazine 12 weeks to an Olympic-distance PR
I'm looking for weeks 5-8 of the "12 weeks to an Olympic-distance PR" plan printed in Triathlete Magazine's Feb/Mar issue. I have the final section, but can't find my issue for the month before. And unfortunately it's not on their website.
Does anyone have it and would be willing to either scan it and email it to me, or type it up and send (I know, that's a pain)? I'd reall appreciate it.
