I've been reading the forums here for a few months, and recently completed my first sprint - what an experience! Just wanted to officially say hello and thank everyone on here for all the information and inspiration they've given out.

Oh, I've been bitten. I've got a wetsuit in the mail, training programs being researched...plus I spend a lot of time at work on here! Doing the first one made me want to do 100 more.

Good job on your first tri!  I'm new to triathlons also and haven't done my first yet.  The anticipation is just killing me.  I don't know if I can wait until next year as I planned.  Especially when I read on this board everyone's experiences.
