Subject: New guy from down under
I am a prospective tri-er. I have only set myself up on a training plan, and completed the first two parts of my training... that's how new I am!! Planning on doing a corporate tri, which is shorter than sprint, however if training is going may enter sprint tri's in the before it comes around... March next year!!! Anyway thanks in advance for the benefits this site will give me with training and nutrition tips.

Hello from a fellow aussie tri'er!

I wish you all the best for your corporate triathlon - that is also how I got hooked into this crazy sport - you wait - it gets you!!!!

Best of luck with the training and make sure you just get in there and compete - it's a great feeling!

Thanks you guys and girls... The level of support after only four days of training is extremely encouraging. Makes the cold mornings (although they are getting warmer!!) seem alot less cold, and the goal alot more attainable
