So.  how's everyone coming?

Hyperventilating?  Doubting your training?

I've got my tune-up race next weekend (Eagleman 70.3) where I'm going to be focusing on HR control and nutrition.

I'm excited.  Optimistic about training as I can feel myself getting stronger.  Definately have lots of work to do between now and then but looking forward to it.  Good luck at Eagleman!

I was dreading waiting for someone to post this thread. Some days I feel like I'm on track, other days I wonder what the heck I was thinking when I signed up for this crazy event.

I love the training and the lifesyle, but as the training hours get longer, the impact on life gets greater. I just hope to hold on, do my best, and finish in under 17 hours.

The best motivation I have is my BT based tri club- the turbo donkies- and their support. Many of them at doing Moo as their first IM and their support has been awesome.

I hope all you fast folks save me some food at the finishline and good luck to all.

Rode 100 this weekend and my legs felt fine afterwards...that was a huge mental hurdle accomplished!

I don't think I'll ever feel like I'm on track. I just follow the plan and keep on swim/bike/runnin'.
