last tri of the season on sunday:(

well it seems i only started tri'ing and its the end of the season, have done a novice, a sprint, and olympic and now this is my last race a sprint...well an odd one 400m / 14mile / 4mile. but i am going to go flat out and tear the course apart as its the last one...so to all those who are racing the last race of the season this weekend give it 110% and just like the olympic womens race it definitely isn't over to they cross that line!!!!!
