Subject: sunburn.
its sunny this week in ireland, and even though i never burn, i got rightly torched today on the bike.
i was flying on a 40 miler and i thought,to hell with it and off with the shirt.i am now paying the price,i guess the sweat helps the rays burn?

it was nearly worth it cause i looked coooollllll{as i burned} IDIOT i am.

Try vinegar. It helps take the sting out. Noxema works too. Aloe does okay. I'm redheaded, so sunburn comes and finds me.
