Subject: Calf Fix Hey,
My calf got slamed in a Lacrosse game on Saturday. I haven't worked it out since then, but I really want to jog, swim or at least bike. Today if I strech my calf it doesn't hurt so much. I'm not looking to work it out since it's still injured, but is it good to go for a really lite jog or something just to get some blood flowing in it OR should I give it some more time?
