Subject: KC Trails

I'll be visiting KC (MO) in couple weeks for a few days....we are staying in independance. Can anyone give me good places/trails to run, bike and maybe even get a swim in (a local club i could even pay for).

Not sure if i'll bring my bike, but atleast i can get some runs and maybe swims in.

I live in Independence, and there are two I recommend - one is entirely cinder track (fine, white gravel) and the other is a real trail (wooded, dirt, rocks, roots, etc).  The first one is called Little Blue Trace Trail, the other (in blue springs, just east of ind.) is Landahl Park.  If you do bring your bike, let me/us know and maybe we can get some other BTer's in the area together for a ride.  PM me if you'd like.
