When I click on the training log button at the top of the page, it goes to the blue to white fade background, but then stops. The IE icon in the top left turns to a white box, and the program won't respond. All of the rest of the site works fine, I even just filed a race report. Any ideas as to why this is happening??

Most likely your browser is encountering a problem when it tries to load the java mini-graphs.

To test this, go to your Training Log Control Panel and click on the Defaults tab. Set View your mini-graphs in blog: to No.

Now go to your training log and see if it loads. If it does, the mini-graphs were the issue and you need to update the java installation on the computer.

Do you have to install or load up java every time you use the computer 'cos I just tried to log on again today and the same thing happened, but then I reinstalled java and it worked. Do you have to click on something when you startup the PC to 'activate' java?

Try this, I've got the latest IE version, go to 'tools' then 'internet options' then to 'advanced', scroll down to 'Java Sun' and make sure the following is checked:

Use JRE 1.60 <applet> requires restart

...I'm not sure if this will help, but give it a try and report back.  You should not have to reload JAVA everytime.
