With the graphs on the training log for tracking progress here. They are fantastic! Ron – I haven’t seen this elsewhere - nice bit of software you’ve got there!

I need to do loads of training so that I can play with graphs all day!!

That is so funny- I had the same experience last night when I actually looked through all the graphing and viewing options. It is sooo cool, and I am glad I am not the only nerd who gets off on seeing graphs of my training ;-)

cool!  in the near future i should add in 'total training hours by week, month and year' also to graph too...a few books and programs use this method to gauge volume changes.
