Subject: Triathlete Mag - 6 Months of Athlete Development
In my swag bag from my triathlon, they included an issue of Triathlete Magazine from Aug.  There was a feature called 6 Months of Athlete Development.  They were in the 4th of the 6 months.  Does anyone have the May, June, July, September or October (if they've come out with that yet) and if so, could you scan or fax the pages to me?  I would really appreciate it!

Be glad to. I used the sprint part this year and it really was a good training schedule for a beginner! Send me an email with the fax (I may can scan but am not sure) and I can send it next week. I will be out of town till Tuesday.
