 over a barrier |  Subject: My Support CrewI have about 6-8 people planning on coming out to watch me trash my body at Imoo- I decided to give out give bags for the day. I'm making T-Shirts for each person and just bought those mesh backpacks and plan on throwing in some stuff to make the day easier/fun. What am I forgetting? Each Bag would have: -T-Shirt -Cowbell -Camera -Water -Candy -Chips -Cookies Any other stuff I should include? |

It has been my experience that most people find a spot and stay there until you get close to finishing, then they head over to the finishline, or they find a spot, watch you get out of the water, then go home/hotel, then come back, watch you fly by on the bike, then leave, rinse and repeat. I'm not familiar with the IMMOO course, so I can't say how easy it will be for them to get around. |

Elite 3235 San Diego | Subject: RE: My Support Crew I know there is a website out there that you can input which race you are doing, then put in your projected paces and it will tell you when you should be at certain places on the bike and run courses. Again, just a thought |
