Subject: "Run for the Cure"
Across Canada in major cities tomorrow Sunday Oct 3rd... is the "Run for the Cure"  major fundraiser for Breast Cancer.  It is a 1 k walk or 5k run.  Hope all can participate either by doing the walk/run or supporting someone who is.  I'm in both for the cause and for a workout.  Good luck to all other participants across Canada !!

Lisa, my son Jake and I have done that 5km together for the past 4 years. It is a moving and inspiring event - I have never stayed dried eyed. Tomorrow we will miss our first one - but will be thinking of everyone - those healing/running/walking.

I was supposed to do this run today with a team from work, but my niece and nephew are getting baptized today.  Another scenario of having nothing on for a while, and then everything happens on one day...
