Master  2235    Pacific Northwest |  Subject: I won my Athena sprint division!I changed my registration this morning to be an Athena in my first sprint triathlon--the race was great and I met lots of BTers there, too. My time was 1:20 (1/4 mi swim/12 mi bike/5k run). I was first in the Athena division in my age group! Yay! The bike leg was fun, rolling hills so I made great time going down. The run was mostly uphill, ugh, but not that bad!! I will post a race report and photos in the next couple of days.... Leslie |

I've won bottles of 100% pure maple syrup for my athena efforts in the past at sprint, oly, and (barely - 5th place) half-Iron distances, and it keeps me coming back for more.
