Okay... so I managed to drop about 20 lbs since june... now I'm only about 20 lbs from my goal weight.

I figure that the off season is a good time to try and drop those pounds since I won't be as concerned about eating for racing... I'm 5'2" and 135 now and my goal is to be at about 120ish. what should my daily caloric intake be assuming I'm still getting my 1 hour workout in daily? is there a website that will calculate that for me?

any help? thanks.

I know you just posted this, but good place to post this would be in the Tri'ing for Weightloss forum also...

Take a look at Chris Carmichael's book Food for Fitness. It answered a bunch of questions for me about eating and training.
