Okay here's the deal.  These were purchased on July 9th.  I still have the packaging and purchase receipt.  They are "used."  Worn for one run and one ride.  I don't like them or the way they fit me, and have decided to stick with my Desoto's and PI's.  There's a small snag/scuff on the inside/back of the right leg where it caught some velcro.  It's not a tear by any means; just want you to know it's there.  I'm only asking $35 (plus shipping).  Retail is $55.  Let me know.

that yellow circled area is an attempt to show the "snag" that I was talking about.  Can't really see it, but I suppose that's the point.
