Subject: N00b Hi everyone. I've been bitten by the bug, and I've decided that I have to do a triathlon.
I've been biking for years, and I love it. I enjoy swimming, and I ran track many moos ago in high school. I currently ride 30 or so miles a day on a mountain bike, complete with knobby tires, a non-locking suspension, and regular (non-clip-in ) pedals. I'm in decent shape, but I've got a ways to go, and need advice on training, nutrition, and what kind of bike to buy before I hurt myself or throw money away.
