You look so skinny! (Page 5)

Where I come from (France) I'm considered muscular at 6' and 174-178lbs. In this country I'm skinny. People are skinny in Europe and at 178lbs I'm way bigger than 80% of the guys there.

I hear you I lived in Switzerland for two years before moving to the US. At 215 lbs 6'3 I really struggled to find clothes and was considered Obese.....Thing I noticed in Switzerland is 1/ Very few people eat KFC, DD, McD's. 2/ People eat smaller portions. 3/ Excercise is a cultural thing, people ski all winter and hike in the mountains all summer.
