It's great to hear all these strengths. There are some awesome athletes in our category and we sometimes don't give ourselves the credit we deserve.

Here are mine, in order of importance:
1. Sense of humor (occasionally fails me, but not usually) and ability to enjoy my surroundings
2. Willingness to suffer (when I'm trained up and doing an "A" race)
3. Outstanding floatation ability and tolerance of cold water due to internal wetsuit
4. Bike handling skills
5. Going downhill or hammering on the flat on a bike

Rock on, Clydes/'Thenas!

I am slow at all three: run, bike, swim. I haven't quit yet, however, so I would have to say my mental toughness is my strongest characteristic. My Coach tells me that without mental toughness, forget it. You can't do triathlons. So we must all be mentally tough.

The strongest of my three weak points is the run , or at least I feel the most comfortable doing it. Not much can go wrong with equipment. I tend to worry about getting a flat on the bike or something similiar. I am terrible at the swim , but hope getting private lesons will get that turned around.

The swim definitely, followed very closely by the bike and then it comes to a screeching halt when I run.
