Subject: Race Week Nutrition - High Carb/Low Fiber?? Reading other posts and the following link:

I understand the week leading up to a long race (HIM for me this week ) I'm supposed to take in a higher amount of carbs, but start decreasing fiber. How do you do this, unless I'm supposed to eat a lot of simple sugars, don't most complex carbs have a good amount of fiber? Any ideas are welcome.
