How much spam do you get?

Earlier I was bs'ing with my roommate and noticed the 'junk email' and 'spam' folders in his microsoft outlook. There were over 7,400 in the 'junk email folder' which is microsofts spam filter and over 4,800 in the 'spam' folder which is Cloudmarks pay service. When I inquired he checked how long they have been accumulating; the date was since September 12. So in one month he has received 12,200+ pieces of spam in a month. I on the other hand I have received one piece of spam in the past month. The difference is roommate hasn't switched emails in over 9 years. In 2 years I have NEVER entered my email on the internet; instead I use my sworn-mortal-enemies email address so he gets all of my spam. Coincidentally my roommate is the computer-tech-geek for my mortal-enemy so I get periodic updates as to how effective my efforts are. Enemy gets about 3,000 - 4,000 spam’s a month. Enemy and I share so many common friends that I haven't been able to tell a sole about my 'mission'. This joker really ticked me off and is such an a*hole in general that I’m doing this; I’m typically very nice.
