I'm with St.John. I too suffer from sciatica, it's not extreme just annoying. So anyone that has any suggestions that would be great. Basicaly I'm reduced to only two very limited sleeping positions.

I now consider myself the queen of back issues [2 years of therapy].... that said, I would recommend a nice deep tissue massage from a certified massuese [note: not to be gotten at a spa]. Maybe ask the physical therapy dept of a hospital to give a recommendation?

That's how i found mine--> his name is Michael and I live and swear by him. He himself suffered a major mt. biking injury of the back that also lead him to get reconstructive face surgery. Mike always recommends exercises or stretches to try to help alleviate things myself.

OKAY- so besides the deep tissue massage, I recommend strengthening the core muscles. [lower back/ABS!!!] but do start slow.

Good luck and if you need more info about anything that i mentioned, let me know.
