WTB: Used pedals / cleats / shoes

I just got my first road bike recently and being an entry level model it came with the pedals w/ the shoe cage / straps.  I'd like to make my first upgrade (man, it's addicting isn't it?) already by installing some clipless pedals.  If anyone has some laying around and wants to make a quick buck or two I'd be interested to see what you have.  I wear a size 11.5 shoe so I guess that'd be a size 45?  Anyway, thanks in advance!!
