Subject: Electrolyte Stamina vs Endurolytes
I couldnt seem to find Endurolytes anywhere locally. GNC and Vitamin Shopppppe didnt have them. I ended up with Electrolyte Stamina. Kind of a hybrid of electrolytes and minerals and seaweed, kelp, etc. Made with concentrate from the Great Salt Lake. Smells and tastes like crap. 300 tablets for about $21 at Vitamin Shoppppe. I just want something to keep me from cramping during long training and races.

(keep in mind a "Serving" is 6 tabs, so divide numbers by 6 for a per tab dosage)

The electrolyte stamina seems to have more of the sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium (the 4 most crucial electrolytes?) than the hammer capsule, per pill. That would mean you could take less pills during exercise. Plus they are 300 for $21 vs about 120 for $18. Anyone try this supplement?

No one has heard of Electrolyte Stamina? I think they are marketed as a vitamin like supplement. I dont know who would want extra salt in their diet unless they are sweating a lot daily.
