Friday OWS and Bike at Island Lake 9am

Planning on hitting Island Lake provided the weather is decent enough on Friday morning around 9 am, for a 30-45 minute swim on Trout Lake, then road ride on the park road. Plan on one loop minimum, maybe two loops for a 25 mile ride or so depending on how things are going.
