Subject: nutrition plan to complement couch to sprint I'm in week 3 of the 12 week Couch to Sprint training program. It's going well and I've been seeing some improvements in my stamina and overall health.
I've been trying to eat more healthily, but am doing it rather haphazardly.
Can anyone point me to a program or at least a guideline to follow for nutrition that would complement my training program?
