Just found this site and it looks like there's a bunch of good people and information here. Just started to get back into shape after a while of not doing too much for a few years - need to catch up with 'mrs matt' who's already done a couple of sprint distance tris. Between now and Christmas I'm looking to get back some basic fitness and loose some excess pounds without forgetting about my job, wife and 2 kids along the way. Looking forward to sharing ideas and info with everyone! |

There's a good group of Bay Area locals here on the boards...as a matter of fact we all got together this last weekend down at Lake San Antonio (home of Wildflower) for a training weekend and Pit show-down (that's a game).... Keep an eye out in group training area of the boards as we're planning another training weekend down there in February in anticipation of the event 4/30/05. Welcome! |
