Subject: Ceramic Bottom Bracket?
Right now I'm running an FSA Mega EXO bottom bracket. It was suggested at my LBS that a good upgrade to make to my bike would be going with a ceramic bottom bracket.

Has anyone switched and noticed a difference?

Is it a big enough difference to be worth the $200 plus labor that it would cost me to upgrade?

I'm having a FSA K-Force Light ceramic installed this week and will be riding at IMWI this coming weekend.

For the $$$ it BETTER make a difference.
