Comments: Difficult. Need to add hills to training program. What would you do differently?: Get more rest during the days leading up to the race, as well as the night before. I stayed up too late and was definitely fatigued. Post race
Warm down: Walk/Stretch What limited your ability to perform faster: fatigue, high HR so I kept to a much slower pace than anticipated, not used to running hills Event comments: Super fun race. I'll definitely do it again next year! Last updated: 2007-07-02 12:00 AM
