If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

If you've ever read one of my race reports, you know I hate, HATE, HATE getting passed by those riders on their fancy-schmancy tri bikes while I'm moving along at a pretty good clip on my road bike. Well, after 4 years of waiting, those days (and race reports are over). Now I'll only have myself to blame for my increasingly less mediocre bike splits.

If the first couple of rides are any indication, this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship (my wife says the new bike can have me.)

And no, Desiree Ficker was not included in the package.

Sweet bike man...I was looking at one of these but for me P2C represented best bang for buck given my dimensions. I can definitely see why you picked up one of these!

Congrats on the new tri-bike!!! Man she sure is purdy Have fun logging all those miles that are sure to make you faster in your next race. My only question is, where are the painted daisies like desiree has on her bike?

Yeah, well those of us with tri bikes (even cheap ones like mine) hate getting passed by riders on their road bikes.  Like when you passed me at Racine.  So there.

Oh, and congrats on the bike.  She's boot-i-ful!
