OK, I guess it just took one more Google search to track down what I wanted. And since many of you may seek the same information, here you go:

NBC’s coverage of the 2004 Ironman Triathlon World Championship will air on Saturday, November 20 at 4:00- 6:00 p.m. EST

Thanks for letting us know. I'm going to mark my calendar to be a couch potato during that time. I bet the over-trainers will using their bike trainers for those couple hours. Not me. I'm going to sit back and enjoy. Even though we know what happens, I'm still excited about watching.

I had an idea. It would be fun to get together with other fellow triathletes and watch the Ironman. So in each of our little cities or towns, why not grab a few other bter's and invite them over to watch the Ironman. Not a bad idea, huh? I should be an event coordinator.
