Yup - planning to get a tire for the trainer - The Bear sent me a link to ones specifically for trainers and they were on sale.


Curious if you could share the link - looking to get a trainer as well and plan to save my new tires (nothing special - Vittoria Rubino Pro) for road rides.

PS - Assume my rims would not be too abused on a trainer? (i.e., buy/find some old cheapo rim)

I have Mavic Aksium rims for my everyday riding....

Should be a great weekend around here once the storm gets through. One of the few good things that comes from a strong low pressure system - a few beautiful days of weather afterwards...
