Since its been a biotch for me to get anywhere before 6:00 lately can we meet between 5:30 -6:00 AT the tri shop, and then we will hit up some food AFTERWARD to hang out and chat? How does this sound?

I just talked to Mike at Focus and he said that they will be giving stuff away every 15 minutes and the wetsuit drawing will be for everyone who enters the door and given away after they close so its not at a specific time. More importantly the wine is being provided by the wine bar next door so its not cheap crap either! HA HA! They will have lots of nice giveaways and all the odds and ends you may need for SOMA on hand.

As for FOOD
Here is a map of Gilbert Town Square that lists where Focus is AND lots of food. ANyone ever try Fahrenheits? Sounds yummy! Its a sports grill/ bar! Sounds right up our alley. I also see a Mediteranean Grill there. YUM!

Boston's and Pei Wei are walking distance from the bike shop. Less than 100 yards. Boston's has a nice variety of menus items. Pizza, pasta, sandwiches and salads. Pei Wei is cheaper version of PF Chang's.

Ken is aware of the open house. We were talking to the owner during Ken's bike fitting about it. I'll remind him.

I'm going to try to go. My son has soccer practice tomorrow and my best shot at getting there is after his practice is over.

It's a great shop and that's where I got my bike. Kale and Jesse are great! Mike (the owner) too.

I could either miss Thursday practice for Trey, or the Saturday game - but not fair to the 8 y/o to miss both. I had to miss the game anyway for bike check-in so Thursday became my Dad duty day.
