Count my pasty-white, carbboom-glommin, yaktrax-wearin, ice-in-the-goatee sportin', triple-layer-totin', beanpole lookin' bad-weather-crushing azz in the mix.

And...I think Michigan has the advantage on this one. I can make it rain on command in Michigan. All I do is look outside, and inches of rain fall out of the sky and the ground turns to mud. PLAM.

I didn't see the answer to this, does the Temp. get counted as actual temp. or do we count wind chill?
