NYC TRI Early registration?

I got the same e-mail. No idea what it means.

Love to get some clarification.

How quickly has this race sold out in the past?

Not sure, but I jumped all over that email and signed up. My buddy called me and said go go go go to your email. I dropped what I was doing ( cleaning up dog &^&%$^$^& ) and signed up.

I'm in.

Still taking reg fees as of 8:30 EST.

I signed up via the USAT early registration.  No clue what the race to register is and Google didn't want to help answer that. 

Just got an email from Active.  The race to register is the first 1,000 registrants get a free in training t-shirt.  So, we don't get a free shirt since we were able to register early.

I got in too from early registration. THe only thinng that keeps me confused is it keeps saying "Benefit" after the title of the race. What is that?

WTF, I didnt get that email. Im leaving work early tonight to get a jump on registration. I found on USAT where it talks about the early reg, but I didnt get anything. Oh Well, I guess the race starts Nov 1 for me.

I assume you are a USAT member ?

Check your Junk email folder. Sometimes my Spam filter tosses emails in there by mistake.

Checked the junk e mail folder and nothing, and I am a USAT member.

Oh well, I got in anyway. Had to leave work 30 mins early, which cost me but I at least was one of the first 1000 and get a COOL SHIRT.

Im excited to race this again since its been 3 years since the last time, and now that I work in Central Park, maybe Ill have a home field advantage.

Bottom line is Im in, see you guys there.

I went into panic mode when my buddy told me he received the email about the early entry.

This will be my 4th Tri and my 1st Oly ! It looks like a fun course.

I think it took longer last year. They've been talking about going to a lottery system depending on how this year goes. I'm in too (with the free t-shirt) but my sister-in-law was trying to decide and wanted to sleep on it, and missed it.

Regular Registration is SOLD OUT!

Does anyone know how many waves and how many in each wave ?

The Toga Biathlon in Congers, NY has 3 slots for the NYC Tri ( 2 for the overall winners & 1 give-away). Its at Rockland lake on May 11th & its an awesome race.
